House Rules
– No Parties
– No Smoking inside the unit or around the poo ($500 fine for smoking inside the unit)
– Plumbing: Do not flush baby wipes, tampons, or condoms
– No pets or children under 12
– Only 4 guests per unit
– No loud music or noise after 10pm
– Pool attire required at the pool
– Patio Furniture: If you move patio furniture please put it back where you found it.
– Clean BBQ after use
– Do not use oil based lubricants ($75 fine to replace sheets))
Pool Rules

– No running
– No towels left behind at the pool
